Frequently Asked Questions

Are decals included in your pricing?

Yes, all of our backdrops and packages include vinyl decal in their prices. We will send you some font options depending on your style and what you want your decal to say for you to choose from.

Are plinths included in your hire packages?

Yes! Our packages are as inclusive as we can make them. All backdrop packages include florals, decal and plinths in our pricing. Even if our backdrops aren't pictured with a plinth, it is still included.

Can I change the colour scheme of the florals?

Of course! We are happy to mix and match any elements to fit your unique style.

How much extra is delivery?

We try to cut down on delivery costs as much as we can. If your event is less than 50km in distance return, we count that into our pricing. We try to make our prices as inclusive as possible.

Can we change some elements in your packages?

Sure! We are happy to accommodate for small changes in your backdrop set-up. We will even draw up some mock ups for your reference to help you choose!

The colour of a backdrop is not quite right for my event, can we change that?

Its always worth the question! We maintain and repaint backdrops all the time. So painting an existing one a different colour is usually in our scope of possibility.
